Appearance - Pours a hazy straw with three fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - cucumber, lime, sea salt, coriander,lemon, bready malts, general fresh salad aromas, and earthy yeast
Taste - very pronounced cucumber and lime upfront. The sea salt, coriander,and bready malts come through next. The spicy earthy yeast finish off the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation. Finishes tart with the cucumber and lime lingering.
Overall - A pleasant take on the gose style by adding cucumber and lime. These ingredients are not the easiest to work with but Cabin delivered a brew that not only puts those ingredients at the forefront. A truly crushable brew on this mild evening here in Cowtown!
