"Tart NEIPA"
The first collab brew from Cabin and The Establishment.
Appearance - Pours a hazy peach with two fingers of frothy white head that leaves some pleasant looking lace on the glass.
Smell - tropical and citrus hops, tart fruits, orange and citrus peel, pineapple, apricot, peach, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - tropical and citrus hops upfront. The tart fruits, orange and citrus and peel, pineapple, apricot, and peach follow suit. The bready malts and earthy yeast finish the brew off.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky and tart with the hops and fruits lingering.
Overall - For this very limited brew, it certainly delivers on both the tropical and tart fronts. They both work in unison together to create a highly pleasant and crushable brew. You get the best of both worlds without being too tart.
