12 ounce can.
Pours a caramel burnt orange to amber with slight haze and scant khaki head.
Caramel, toffee with peaty aroma - bit of spice, raisin, dark fruit.
Tastes of sweet bready malt, peat, burnt caramel, toffee, raisin with earthy hop bitterness at back.
Medium full mouthfeel with tame carbonation - earthy malty bittersweet finish - quite tasty - hint boozy.

Appearance - Pours a chestnut brown with a finger of bubbly head,
Smell - earthy and leafy hops, toffee peaty malts, caramel, raisin, plum, fig, and earthy yeast.
Taste - earthy and leafy hops upfront. The brew then goes into a nice punch from the toffee peaty malts, caramel, raisin, plum, and fig. The earthy yeast rounds out the brew. The warmth from the alcohol is there.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with low to moderate carbonation. Finishes a tad sticky with the toffee malts and dark fruits lingering.
Overall - A pleasant wee heavy from the folks at Cabin. Very malt forward and particurlary quaffable on this cool afternoon here in Cowtown.
