A collaboration brew with Bale Breaker Brewing Company from Yakim, Washington.
Appearance - Pours a hazy gold with four fingers of frothy white head that leaves some puffy lace on the glass.
Smell - citrus, piney, tropical, and earthy hops, pine resin, grapefruit peel, citrus and orange peel, peach, tangerine, bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast.
Taste - bold citrus, piney, tropical, and earthy hops upfront. The pine resin, grapefuit peel, citrus and orange peel, peach and tangerine come through next. The bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast finish off the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes smooth with a pleasant stickiness. The hops and pine resin, and other tropical fruits linger.
Overall - Another solid collaboration brew from Cabin. These guys continue to release high quality brews. Another standout of a brew with the combination of American IPA elements and New England IPA elements. Another winner from this very consistent brewery!
