Cola like pour with finger of tight bubbly brown/mocha head.
Roasty chocolate malt on the nose with espresso; a touch of vanilla and just a bit nutty.
Taste follows with dark chocolate, vanilla, sweetened coffee, a definite roastiness yet not really bitter, and again slightly nutty.
Medium mouthfeel - sweet but neither cloying or thick - nicely carbonated; smooth and creamy. Really good.

Pastry stout with pecans.

Appearance - Pours a dark cola brown with three fingers of mocha tan head.

Smell - roasted malts, nuttinesss, chocolate, cocoa, earthy and leafy hops, milk sugars ( sweet aromas), vanilla, cinnamon, and earthy yeast.

Taste - roasted malts, nuttiness, and sweetness upfront. The chocolate, cocoa, earthy and leafy hops come through next. The vanilla, cinnamon, and earthy yeast round out the brew.

Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes silky smooth with the chocolate, cocoa, and nutty aromas lingering.

Overall - Another stellar brew from the folks at Cabin. This is definitely a dessert in a glass. It reminds me of a chocolate bar that I can't quite put my finger on. Well done!
