Cabin's latest release amidst what is going in the world at the moment.
The latest of the Saturation series.
Packaged on Mar 19 so pouring from a pretty fresh can.
Appearance - Pours a cloudy apricot with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - citrus and tropical hops, pineapple, apricot, papaya, peach, mango, citrus, orange, and grapefruit peel, bready malts, touch of oats, earthy tropical yeast.
Taste - citrus and tropical hops upfront. The bold notes of pineapple, apricot, peach, papaya, mango, citrus, orange, and grapefruit peel come through next. The bready malts, touch of oats, and earthy tropical yeast finish the brew off.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the citrus and tropical fruits lingering.
Overall - A highly sessionable and flavourful brew. This one is perfect for the summer patio. Another winner from my one of my favourite local Cowtown breweries!
