Cabin's latest release.
A jasmine rice lager.
Appearance - Pours a straw gold with three fingers of bubbly foamy white head.
Smell - grassy, earthy, floral, and herbal hops, rice, grainy and biscuity malts, lemon, and earthy yeast.
Taste - grassy, earthy, floral, and herbal hops upfront. The rice, griany and biscuity malts come through next providing a pleasant sweetness to this brew. The lemon and earthy yeast finish off the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes crisp and dry with the hops and rice lingering.
Overall - A crushable rice lager crafted by the folks at Cabin. It's like a high-class version of Sapporo. I like how flavourful this brew is while being quite sessionable. Another winner from these guys!
