Malt impression overrides most hop character in the can I got. Flavour bounces between toast and berry jam, and over ripe papaya, verging into dank.
Would love to check out flavour of some of these S.A hops without so much malt / booze presence

A South African Hazy NE IPA.
Appearance - Pours a deep apricot with four fingers of frothy white head that leaves some puffy looking lace.
Smell - citrus and tropical hops, papaya, mango, pineapple, apricot, peach, citrus and grapefruit peel, bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast.
Taste - bold citrus and tropical hops upfront. It then goes into bold notes of papaya, mango, pineapple, apricot, citrus, grapefruit peel, and peach. The bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the hops and fruits lingering.
Overall - A bold, flavourful, and a nice ode to the South African hops used in these one. This one is definitely one of Cabin's best New England IPA's. Great job on this one folks!
