Appearance - Pours a deep amber with three fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - earthy, leafy, floral, and spicy hops, bready and toasty malts, caramel, hint of dark fruits, and earthy yeast.
Taste - earthy, leafy, floral, and spicy hops upfront then quickly goes into the bready and toasty malts alongside the caramel. The hint of dark fruits and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation carbonation. Finishes smooth with the intense maltiness and caramel lingering.
Overall - A flavourful and well rendered Vienna lager from Cabin. These guys just keep knocking it out of the park with their ability to brew different styles on point. This one is definitely crushable.
