Appearance - Pours a hazy banana gold with four finger of frothy white head.
Smell - earthy, leafy, and spicy hops, bubblegum aromas, banana, clove, bready and grainy malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - earthy, leafy, and spicy hops upfront then it quickly goes into the banana, clove, and bubblegum aromas. The bready and grainy malts alongside the earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes creamy with the hops, clove, banana, bubblegum, and malts lingering.
Overall - An easy drinking and sessionable hefe from Cabin. All flavours are on point for the style and make for an enjoyable drinking experience.
