An “Australian Pilsner”.
Yet another style BA doesn’t have included in their beer styles.
Appearance – Pours a pale straw gold with three fingers of foamy white head.
Smell – spicy saaz, grassy, and earthy hops. Bready pilsner malts, hay aromas, lemon, citrus and earthy yeast.
Taste – spicy saaz, grassy, and earthy hops upfront. The bready pilsner malts, hay aromas, lemon, and citrus follow suit. The brew is rounded out by the earthy yeast.
Mouthfeel – Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation. Finishes crisp and dry with the hops, lemon, and citrus lingering.
Overall - A easy drinking, refreshing, and smooth Bohemian pilsner that delivers on the hop front.
