An Australian Hazy IPA.
Appearance - Pours a deep apricot gold with three fingers of frothy white head that leaves some pleasant cloud like lace on the glass.
Smell - citrus and tropical hops, citrus and orange peel, grapefruit peel, apricot, pineapple, hint of mango and passionfruit, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - citrus and tropical hops upfront. The citrus and orange peel, grapefruit peel, apricot, pineapple, hint of mango and passionfruit follow suit. The bready malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the citrus and tropical hops and fruits lingering.
Overall - A bold, flavourful, and dangerously sessionable brew from Cabin. Time and time again they have nailed the New England IPA style while experimenting with different ingredients. Another stand out from this brewery!
