A pomegranate cherry sour.
Appearance - Pours a light copper with three fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - pomegranate, cherry, earthy and leafy hops, biscuity malts, and spicy earthy yeast.
Taste - pomegranate, cherry upfront but quite mild alongside a mild tartness. The brew then goes into the earthy and leafy hops. The biscuity malts and spicy earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes mildly tart with the light fruits lingering.
Overall - An easy drinking brew but for me I was hoping for more of the pomegranate and cherry flavours to shine through.
