Part of Cabin's multitude of 2nd anniversary beer releases.
Appearance - Pours a hazy apricot with four fingers of dense frothy white head that leaves some rocky lace on the glass.
Smell - citrus and tropical hops, citrus rind, hint of grapefruit peel, mango, peach, pineapple, apricot, papaya, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - citrus and tropical hops upfront. The citrus rind, hint of grapefruit peel, mango, peach, pineapple, apricot, and papaya come through next. The bready malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the hops and fruits lingering.
Overall - A very sessionable and spot on New England IPA. All elements are done well to create an enjoyable drinking experience.
