A rye ale with triumph hops.
Appearance - Pours a copper orange with three fingers of frothy off-white head.
Smell - earthy, leafy, floral, and herbal hops, rye malts, hint of pumpernickel, caramel, and earthy yeast.
Taste - bold earthy, leafy, floral, and herbal upfront. The rye malts make their presence known next followed by the pumpernickel. The caramel and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky and bitter from the hops with the rye malts and pumpernickel.
Overall - A solid and very sessionable brew from Cabin. Worth a go if you're looking for an easy drinking fall tipple!
