Summer Dreaming Prickly Pear & Agave Gose is an explosion of colour and flavour. Pouring a vibrant pink, it fires out notes of strawberry, watermelon, candy and salt-rimmed margaritas. It’s tart like a lime, dry like the desert and as refreshing as a plunge into a mountain lake on a blistering day. One sip is all you need - but let’s be honest, you’ll probably want a lot more.

A prickly pear & agave gose.
Appearance - Pours a watermelon pink with two fingers of bubbly light pink head.
Smell - fruity characteristics (strawberry, watermelon), coriander, lemon, salt, raspberry (I don't quite know what prickly pear smells like), light bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - fruity characteristics of strawberry and watermelon upfront then goes into the coriander, lemon, salt, and some tartness from the agave. The bready malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes tart and the salt lingers quite nicely. The mouthfeel is quite refreshing.
Overall - A well constructed flavoured gose that ticks all the boxes of the style. This one would be perfect for summer as it is quite refreshing and easy to drink.
