As the sun dips below the horizon, Nightfall emerges…
Nightfall Dunkels Bock (in collaboration with Rainhard Brewing from Toronto) is as rich and captivating as the evening sky.
This dark lager weaves notes of toasted bread crust, caramelized sugar, and a whisper of cocoa, creating a velvety malt profile that’s both bold and smooth. A gentle touch of Magnum hops adds balance with a hint of earthy spice, leaving a clean, elegant finish.
Cozy up and let Nightfall be your companion for quiet, star-filled nights.

Single can of this Dunkels Bock - canned March 5/2025, so very fresh.
Pours a clear dark reddish brown with a finger plus of creamy tan coloured head.
Distinctly malt forward nose with bready/toasty notes, brown sugar, hints of caramel and spice.
Sweet and toasty on the palate - again the caramelized sugar notes with a nuttiness and perhaps even a gentle smokiness round out the flavour.
Medium mouthfeel with average carbonation giving it a less substantial body than anticipated, but overall really tasty and exceptional food pairing beer.
