ipa brewed with hemp, which i cant really taste or feel in here i dont think but its a good beer anyway, light, clearish, and well hopped. i thought all of the beer in here was solid, technically speaking, and a lot of it at least somewhat inventive too. this is golden pale in color with a lasting pure white head from the tap, great carbonation, and a neat aroma of pine and some earthy minerals, seems minimalist and fresh, maybe a little weedy sort of dankness if it force it with the hemp, but this could just as easily be from the hops, and i dont suspect the hemp would do that here, although i dont know how or when its added to the beer. the flavor is clean, as the grain in here is quite light. its dry and the body is low, so this really drinks like a crusher, high carbonation too. the hops are pretty bold, the main flavor component here, not sure which varietals i am tasting, but along with the pine from the aroma there is a little mosaic sort of pineapple note that comes in, and a little bit of bitterness to finish, but moderate as they go. this is just a little unique, which makes me like it, but its just simple and crisp and good. clean ferment, a little spiciness to the hops on the finish, tasty with their delicious tacos in here!
