On draught at Skull Tree Brewing.
It pours a hazy lemon yellow orange, nice fluffy head of foam.
The smell has a good Belgian yeast aroma mixed with choke cherries that were added, not going into sour territory.
Taste has a light choke cherry tartness, Belgian yeast brings some spices including light cloves and coriander. The alcohol is there but only brings warming after the swallow.
Honey is still present as this is a small batch variation of County 1 and yes, it is quite dry in the finish.
