Tap pour at the brewery/taproom. Served chilled in a goblet glass.
Dark brown colored body. Beige colored head. Leaves behind a partial ring and scattered spots.
Aroma of chocolate malt and spicy rye.
Taste is roasted chocolate malt and spicy rye. Slight sour touch, but also has some sweetness from the malt.
Slightly more than medium mouthfeel with a creamy note. Slight bite from the rye. Good carbonation.
