This American Wheat Ale, made of 40% wheat, makes for a pale, easy-drinking beer with a slight malt taste. Notes of grapefruit & orange peel make for an aromatic, light wheat ale.

Had Squatch Watchin' poured from 12-oz. can, no date, into Weizen glass.
Pours bright gold with clarity and 1-finger, creamy near-white head, which dissipates to a persistent ring, and leaves some nice lace. Aroma of wheat spice, mild malt and mild citrus off pour and continuing. Begins with carbonation and mild citrus, then mild malt joins the citrus, which are then joined by some wheat spice for an involved, very crisp finish.
Nice American Wheat, as a bit malty and citrusy with a very crisp and interesting finish.
