Had Cosmic Turtle poured from 12-oz. can, bottom stamped (apparently) canned on "07/06/21," into tulip pint.
Pours bright, somewhat hazy gold, with 2-finger foamy off-white head, with decent retention but leaving only a little splotchy lace. Aroma of resin off pour, then bright citrus, which drops back to resin and melon and stone fruits as warms. Begins with moderate carbonation, and mild hop resin, before expected fruit juice (citrus) flavor and (lack of) body arrive, and then turns resinous and bitter for an unbalanced finish.
A nice mix of aromas and flavors, but not quite enough of either considering the reduced head and lightened body from the added fruit, and an extreme finish.
