Copenhagen 21/1 2023. 50 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Steel can in Zichovec's usual design with green, red, blue and yellow squares.
Pours almost clear golden yellow with a small white head. Bubbly. Disappears almost immediately. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a tart sour scent. Passion fruit and mango. Lime, citrus and gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Well balanced - just a bit on the sour side.

Terrific aroma and flavor, light sourness. Deep golden color. Thin head with minimal lace. Light body with light carbonation. Not quite true to style for a Berlinerweisse, but a solid beer.
