Copenhagen 27/1 2023. 50 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Zichovec's usual style with a metal can with a pointy green and yellow smeared label.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with admall white head. A it bubbly. Disappears after half a minute. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruits mingling with a pronounced scent of acerbic citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. -Grapefruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily. soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong, citric bitterness.A bit searing. Aftertaste is tartly bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Potent NEIPA with a tart streak.

Golden, hazy. Light and effervescent head that dissipates quickly and the remaining clings to the edges of the mug. Grapefruit and orange in the nose, not particularly pungent. Bitter grapefruit and lemon on the tongue and juicy tangerine in the back and a tannic, tingly finish.
