Copenhagen 21/12 2025. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Steel can with a light blue label with white stars.
Pours almost clear pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a bit of citric sourness. Sweet pale malts with a hint of caramel. Citrus and lime. Whiff of sulphur.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft yet lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry.
Decent and dry Winter greeting.
