It tastes like a Pastry Sour, but you won't find lactose in it. With this Sour Ale we are going down the path of extremely fruity sours, but unlike current trends, strictly only through fruit and a light touch of vanilla. It only barely remains a beer, because the combination of Mango and Passion Fruit is almost 50% of the resulting drink.

Copenhagen 22/1 2023. 50 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Zichovec’s usual can design this time with a lot of colored buttons.
Pours opaque murky golden yellow with a big white head. Bubbly. Disappears completely after 10 seconds. Leaving a nervous bubbly substance behind. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a pleasant odor of tropical fruit mingling with a tart unripe scent. Passion fruit and papaya. Sour gooseberries and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft yet a bit lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a sour undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry with a fruity searing streak.
Quite nervous and lively for a Smoothie.
