Imperial Bounty serves as the big sister to our beloved Bounty 13. But in the imperial version, we've turned everything way to the right. The resulting flavor of this Imperial Baltic Porter is distinctly roasted, dense, with an extremely rich coconut and cocoa character.

Copenhagen 6/9 2022. 50 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Metal can with a red label with close up of a Sofa cushion.
Pours opaque, dark brown with big beige head. Stable. Settles as thin but frothy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a dark, sweet and roasted scent with sweet spice alcohol. Dark roasted malts, toffee and chocolate. Coconut in abundance mingling with burnt brown sugar.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, slightly viscous, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a rather stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingering. Finish is dry.
Potent and surprisingly bitter Imperial Stout.
