This beer takes its name from the Flat Iron building near Downtown Saint Cloud. This beer made with American, German and South American malts gives it a wonderful Biscuit and Caramel taste. Approachable enough for those who like “lighter” beers; yet satisfying enough for those who love “darker” beers
