Pours fairy hazy and murky golden, orange color. White, frothy head with decent retention. Nice foam ring around the rim of the glass.
The nose is, for lack of a better word - juicebomb. Pineapple, grapefruit, mango seem to be the aromas I get.
Taste - well, this is a fairly juicy beer. As with the nose I get plenty of citrus. Pineapple seems to be the main flavor, with the mango and grapefruit backing it up.
Slightly creamy feeling, but not as much as other beers of this style. The water is quite hard here, so it is a bit tougher to get that creamy soft feel. The body itself is decent.
This is a good stab at the style. It isn't extremely creamy feeling, but I'd say it's about the best that can be done with the local water. Tasty indeed.
