Pours a nice dark amber color. Quite carbonated. 3 finger reddish head. Head retention is decent. No lacing on the glass as the head dissipates.
The nose I could smell the pumpkin spices as I opened up the can. Up close I get the standard pumpkin spices, and they seem to me to be just right.
Taste - The spices are all there, though, a bit heavier on the cinnamon. There's a nice malty backbone to the spices that provides a nice, but not overpowering sweetness.
The body is good. A slight pop from the carbonation.
A well constructed pumpkin beer.
