Inspired by Sam Pandolfo’s innovative spirit, this juicy, fruity pale ale is brewed with Alora hops for bright notes of peach, apricot, sweet melon, and citrus. Light, refreshing, and full of flavor, just the kind of brew you want to kick off the week with.

From a 750ml crawler. Filled on January 27, 2026.
This has a slightly murky look to it, but is mostly clear. The beer has a golden color to it. There's a 2 finger white head to this beer that has decent retention, and a bit of lacing on the glass.
The aroma is pretty damn light. I've had this beer before out of a crawler, and it didn't have as light of an aroma. There's just a faint grain scent to this beer. Not much else am I getting.
This is a cereal bomb in flavor up front. I am getting a very malty flavor to this beer. There's a slightly buttery flavor that comes into play into the flavor. The finish has a hop character, and this is a building flavor profile. The bitterness from the hops ramp up. It doesn't go too far, but builds.
I am liking the body. There's a decent feeling from it. There's a nice feeling from the bitterness on the finish that ramps up.
I'm glad I bought it today. Happy I reviewed it on here, but it seems different from when I reviewed it on UT back in July of 2025.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
