Notes: Cloudy russet brown beneath a creamy head of off-white. Very good head retention and lacing. Aroma is malty, caramelish, and fruity with apple. The flavor follows with added lightly citrusy, floral, and grassy hops. It's solidly bitter, with a dry and bitter finish that lingers. Medium bodied and crisp. It's more like a strong American amber ale in my opinion than and IPA.
