A delicious easy drinking all Ontario wheat beer using Barn Owl malted wheat and Ontario grown barley, add hops grown in Prince Edward County throw in Escarpment Labs yeast and you get a refreshing light drinking clean finishing beer with a hints of clove on the palate and blackcurrant on the nose . This beer pairs well with friends and sunshine. Exclusively available at Parsons and Midtown breweries PEC.
