Castle Church Brewing Community

Very large interior that actually doubles as a church on Sundays. Brewery and tap room share the huge space. Most of the brewing equipment is visible from the tap room. There is some interesting use of shipping containers in the décor. The place is beautifully maintained and very clean. The very attentive staff is well versed on all the beers as well as the whole process. There were 11 beers on tap (with 3 listed as "coming soon"). The place is a little off the beaten path just north of Orlando International Airport but is definitely worth seeking out.
