A - Poured out an opaque, jet black color with a one-finger, light brown head of bubbly foam. It left minimal lacing.
S - It smelled of flaked oats, chocolate and some citrus.
T - It tasted of bitter dark chocolate, roasted malt and oats. Some grassy/piney bitterness.
M - It was sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale with a dry, clean finish.
O - This is a very nice oatmeal stout. True to the style and very tasty.
