Pours a nice amber color. There's a 1 finger off white head in this beer when poured from the crawler. The head dissipates rapidly, however there's a nice bit of carbonation rising in the glass, bubbling to the surface.
The nose has a bit of an apple aroma. I also get a leather aroma, as well as a bit of an earthy aroma.
Taste - Up front I get a bit of caramel. It then goes to apple. I next get a bit of a wild earthy funk in here, that also gets me a bit of smoke in here. I know there's a lot more going on here, but I can not describe it all.
The body is decent. I do feel the carbonation in my throat.
Very interesting beer overall. So much here, I just wish I could find the words for it all.
