A big, dark, chocolaty ale with a touch of sweetness. Black with ruby highlights and a tan head. A bold and beautiful beer to look at and even better to taste.

A: The beer is black in color—traces of dark reddish brown are visible near the edge of the glass. It poured with a short light tan head that left a large, thin patch of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of chocolatey malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of flavors of chocolate malts along with a light to moderate amount of associated bitterness and slight bits of roasted malts.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This porter is very easy to drink and has a nice amount of chocolatey malt aromas and flavors.
