Blind-tasted except for the beer's name and brewery...
L- Pours clear, pale amber with a 1Cm creamy looking white head. Holds well.
S- Certainly grainy and to the dryer side?
T- Yep it's on the dryer side, akin to a Pilsener with dry trad hops and relatively lower malt presence.
F- Dry-side, trad, refreshing, would be great for slaking a thirst on a hot day.
O- Relatively prominent trad dry hops. Sessionable if that level of hopping is your thing. I suppose it's a contemporary style of recipe re: the relative hop prominence but the hops themselves are trad (no bonkers fruit cocktail of exotic fruit hop strains).
Review2021/scoring all done, now the reveal, I get to read the bottle lables to see what I missed! - The name and labelling are ultra-trad. It is a Pilsner brewed with Noble hops.
330ml bottle BB: Nov-2021 Bought from Oxford Wine company, Little Clarendon St., Oxford.
