Deep gold color, bright and clear. Small white head that settles to a thin layer on top. Fresh hop aroma with citrus and earthy hops. Flavor has a good bite to it from the bitter hops but is rounded and full. Super dry in the finish, medium bodied. Delicious.
What a cool treat getting to try this beer from a new-ish (and lesser known?) Czech brewery. The hops are front and center in this pilsner, but the body is more full like a Czech or Bohemian pils, as opposed to a German pils. Very tasty stuff. Would love to try more from this brewery.
