Had on side pull tap. Brown tints to the pitch black body, brown foam head is large. Smell and taste are clones with one difference, taste has a hint of licorice on the finish. Otherwise both have pronounced cocoa and semi-sweet chocolate notes, with supporting roast, dark yeast, earth, char flakes, and malts. Feel is smooth and roasty, yeast is lighter lending a smooth and bright for style feel, artful

Copenhagen 9/11 2023. 50 clean from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Steel can with white label with the name and style of the beer in slanted black letters and a 14 in the center in red referring to the Balling scale,
Pours clear maroon with a red hue nd a big off-white head. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, slightly sugary, malty scent mingling with a dark bitter scent. Brown sugar, toffee and caramel. Rye bread. Licorice and coffee.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Pleasant, rather sweet Czech Dunkel.

Pours dark brown with khaki head. Great head retention. Not much aromatics at all. The Bohemian yeast is the biggest player. This drinks a lot like a czech pilsener with a touch of burnt toast on the finish. It's not as good as a Bohemian pilsener though.
