We dug deep and brewed our traditional Hefeweizen just in time for the hot weather ahead! This German-Style Wheat Ale (Weissbier) is crisp and smooth at only 5.5% ABV. Arguably one of the most recognizable beer styles in the world, our “Hefe” offers a unique experience with a yeast driven flavor and a slightly un-characteristic appearance. The unfiltered and golden color come from a base recipe made up of over 50 percent malted wheat while the yeast used lends to a unique flavor profile that gives off big notes of banana and clove. This refreshing and highly-carbonated style is perfect for the hot weather ahead!
