A single-hop Mosaic IPA, poured from a 330 mL pop-top can. Dark orange and muddled in appearance, clearly going for hazy but looking a bit oxidized. Thankfully, no hint of that from the flavor profile itself, which is a classic Mosaic: blueberry, cantaloupe, lemongrass, and a bit of pine resin near the finish.
This was a very nice introduction to Hong Kong craft brewing for me.
