Bright. Lemony. Grainy. Citryus. Spice. Refreshing.
Sampled at the brewery on February 2, 2019.
It has a slight, hazy golden pour with some lacing and a modest diminishing head.
The aroma brings out a grainy, lemon-like male character but little in the way of hops.
Light to medium mouthfeel.
The taste is much brighter than the aroma suggests with a fruit and spicy character that mingles and creates a clean, refreshing finish. Brewed with wild yeast but I didn't get that sort of wild yeasty buttery note, which may be a good thing.
