Pours a nice raspberry jam color with a finger of soapy pink-white head. Very little retention or lacing, as expected from the style.
The smell is a bit light, but there's aromas of key lime pie filling, lime juice, raspberries and blackberries. Very faint lactic acid.
The flavor brings a metric ton of lime juice, raspberry and blackberry yogurt, and some lactic acid.
The feel is medium-light bodied with good carbonation. Extremely acidic and tart. Puckering.
Overall this is definitely a good sour. It's fruity, acidic, and wonderfully tart. I'm not sure the lactose adds much body here but otherwise well done.
