The return of our very first collaboration with Sidereal Farm Brewery and Labs.Volume 1 is a hot fermented IPA with Nelson, Amarillo, Azzaca and Mosaic. I Crisp and refreshing with notes of Lychee, Gooseberry and subtle musk melon from the Nelson, balanced by the citrus flavors from the American hops make this an extremely flavorful crusher.

Volume 1 with Nelson/Amarillo hops. 2/25/22
Opened and reviewed on: 4/30/22
Look: Mild haze of straw gold and an airy, white foam spatter cap holding it down. Lace too.
Nose: Sweet honey and corn bread, Sweet 'N Sour pine, mango pepper and tangy citrus.
Feel & Flavor: Nectarines and assorted light stone fruit with a hint of pepper in the hops and then malted grains flavor. A light, juicy body with easy, practically refreshing vibe. Star fruit, watercress and rose hip water make for an interesting, underlying current of hop flavor.
Overall: A really easy drink at 5.5, and some charming aspects to the style
