I visited the Mikkeller bar at Copenhagen airport a week or so ago while switching planes. Easiest layover ever! They’ve got 20 taps (though one was out when I visited), representing a wide range of styles of Mikkeller beers. Easily the most taps I’ve encountered at an airport bar, and with the breadth and quality that the Mikkeller name implies.
Other than that, it’s a typical airport bar, situated in an island in the middle of the shopping mall which is a modern airport terminal (it’s airside, on the Schengen side of passport control). There are bar seats and even a couple small bar-height tables. The service is just order-at-the-bar; the staff were nice enough but not mega attentive. I was anticipating sky-high prices (this being craft beer, in an airport, in Scandinavia), but while prices were not low the beers were cheaper than the beers I’d gotten at the Seattle airport at the beginning of my journey.
If you’re swinging through CPH and are thirsty for a beer, this is the only place you’ll want to go. By airport standards, the best in the world.

Bar in the airport food court… but maybe the best of its kind in the world. 29 taps including many from Mikkeller, Warpigs and even 3F and Pohjala (a sleeper fav of mine). Baltics to IPAs to seasonal flavors. Quality is strong, pricing is high (even by Copenhagen standards) but I would happily spend more layover time here in the future.

Cool little bar in the middle of the A gates also near the Carlsberg Aviator Lounge. This is a damn high end airport. Love it. Naturally, prices can be extreme. Expect $5 for a 20cl pour as of summer 2023. Not bad, all things considered. Typical hipster bartenders. Great selection. Recommended stop.

Best beer bar at Copenhagen Airport, which doesn't say that much on it's own...
Located right in the middle of Terminal 2, with access from all sides. No real vibe to speak of, it's a bar in an airport.
About 20 taps to choose from, mostly Mikkeller, with a few being specific beers for this bar. Guest beers pop up now and then as well. There is also a huge bottle selection, to drink here or take away. The selection is very varied with quite a few rare beers as well. The quality overall is very good, solid stuff all around. No food served though. Service is quick and friendly, but very European, i.e. you have to engage them instead of the American way.
Overalll, by far the best place to hang out in Copenhagen Airport, and I will do so every time I fly.
