Pretty standard modern brewery setup - in a strip mall / industrial park type location. Bar on on side, tables on the other, brewing equipment in the back. They had about a dozen beers on tap , varied between traditional styles and some unique takes. I drank 3 beers, they were all solid but nothing spectacular. Bartenders were friendly enough. There is a seperate taco stand business setup in the space.

A nice local joint on which I anchor my runs and where we have events/bdays.
I have been here numerous times. A nice clean open bright interior with a great view of the brewery. TVs but not the sole focus. Some outside space under tents in what used to be parking spaces right in front of the facility.
Service is always good, typically a good variety of styles on tap, decent quality.
No food by the brewery, but El Tio now has a satellite inside SDE. Decent but not great food with reasonable prices. I believe you can also order from El Tio (just on the other side of the parking lot and carry in, if not have them deliver).

Visited Settle Down Easy on 2/15/20.
V - We arrived pretty early, so the taproom was quiet when we arrived, but it filled up pretty quickly.
Q - All of the beers we had were pretty good.
S - The bartender was very helpful with our beer selections.
S - They had 12 beers on tap during our visit.
The taproom isn’t very big, but the had about 5 tables and bar space. They offered 12 beers on tap. They also have an agreement with the Mexican restaurant next door, El Tio. They sell tacos and chips and salsa in the taproom. You can order anything else on their menu, and they will bring it to you.

A Brewery that is close to where I live, the place is small, the beers okay, the vibe was good considering that it was early Saturday morning. Will try again.

I actually really enjoy this small place and it doesn't hurt that it's quite close to me. It's a pretty typical tasting room with a large open area that includes all the brew equipment (barely roped off). The bar only holds about a dozen patrons as part of it is taken up by the ordering station which can handle two orders at a time. There are a couple community tables, a few short tops, and another "window sill" bar that seats a half dozen. The Mexican restaurant next door has a setup inside the brewery that offers tacos and nachos.
The beers are pretty good, though the newer batches seem better than the set I had on the first visit. I hope its a continuing trend, but even if not the beers are devoid of obvious flaws. On tap they usually have 2-3 D/IPAs (mostly hazy), a couple of pales/ambers, a lager or two, and then a few more odd offerings - about a dozen taps. We haven't seen any dark styles, though their beer database here includes two as of this review.
The beertenders have been very friendly and always willing to answer questions that I have asked. The place has never been packed when we've been there, but it does a fair business and has never been empty. Seems like there's a few regulars, which isn't a surprise given it seems a friendly place, even if it is slightly bigger than a "hole-in-the-wall" tap room.
They do offer cabs to go, but I’d be wary of them as they are basically mini-Crowlers that are filled ahead of time (with some going a bit flat).
