Pours a darker beige head. Color is really dark. A brown hued orange color. Much darker than other iipas.
Aroma: Very big citrus fruit flavor. Mangoes, grapefruit, maybe some pineapples. Floral hop profile. But, it also has a big malty profile. Caramel and bready malts.
Taste: More of the same malt profile from this beer which really brings it down. The citrus blends together. Floral hops again. Too malty.
Mouthfeel: Bitter, crisp, and a bit smooth. Medium bodied with a low to medium amount of carbonation. Ends with a sticky hop resin feel to it.
Overall, I am not to impressed. Too malty for me. If the malts weren't so heavy, this could have been a great beer. Not something I will drink a lot of.
