The first entry in our new Bramble sour series. This uniquely brewed fruited sour is conditioned with generous amounts of Raspberry and a kick of Cherry. Tart and refreshing.

On tap in a tulip pint glass type thing at the restaurant in Freeport. Glass kind of resembles a Sam Adams glass.
Appearance: Pours a slightly cloudy pink. With a big egg shell head. Little lacing on way down.
Aroma: Raspberries. A little bit of sour beer funk also. Raspberries definitely lead.
Taste: Very raspberry forward. Pleasant sourness that isn’t overpowering. Resembles a Belgian fruit sour in some ways.
Mouthfeel: It’s light, but better sipped than chugged. The sourness makes it tough to drink this one too fast.
Overall: Pleasant low ABV sour. Not mindblowing, but a nice warm day sour.
