This unpasteurized beer is traditionally brewed. Crystal-clear water, selected barley malts, and carefully selected hops give it a unique quality. The head is snow-white, fine-bubbled, and quite persistent. The color is light amber and clear. Low carbonation. The taste is slightly acidic, slightly bitter, and dominated by malt.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops.

Gdańsk 27/7 2019. 50 cl can from Netto in Międzyzdroje. Light brown and yellowish can with the word ”Nature” written in a quite big and prominent font surrounded by heroic Corn Ears. And to be even more “Natural” they have avoided pasteurizing the beer.
Pours slightly unclear with a small bubbly white head. Disappears more or less after a half a minute leaving thin, almost transparent puddels of foam behind. No Lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense, sweetish, malty and bready. Sweet pale malts, light caramel, bread, grains, sweet Corn.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively texture.
Flavor is quite sweet followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter twist by the end. Semi-dry finish.
Another Polish Pale Lager with a redeeming bitter glimpse by the Finish-line.
